General Practitioner, journalist and author, Dr Ginni Mansberg, joins Drop Bio medical advisory team.
“I’m very excited to join the amazingly talented Drop Bio team to support their important work. Their focus on evidence and building ecosystems will help accelerate how we as clinicians move closer to providing more personalised healthcare to our patients, particularly in women's health and mental health. It’s a very exciting time and I am grateful to be part of the journey” - Dr Ginni Mansberg.
Today we are excited to announce that Dr Ginni Mansberg (MD) is joining our board of medical advisors.
Dr Mansberg is a General Practitioner, TV presenter and a leading authority on sleep, stress, wellness and life balance.
In addition to her practice in Sydney’s south, and her role at The University of Notre Dame teaching medical students, Dr Mansberg is also an accomplished writer, having written three books including her latest offering, best seller, The M Word - How to thrive in menopause, and works extensively as a medical journalist and columnist. She appears several times a week on Sunrise on Channel 7 as Sunrise GP. She’s also a judge on Medicine or Myth on SBS as well as the host of Embarrassing Bodies Down Under on Foxtel and Channel 9.
Dr Mansberg will be working alongside our team and clinical partners as we develop and validate direct-to-consumer and clinical products focused on women’s health and mental health. Dr Mansberg will also help establish our professional development framework for GPs to educate on how Drop Bio can support their practice and their patient’s long term wellbeing.
“We are thrilled to welcome a clinician of Ginni’s calibre to our team. Her expert knowledge in health and communications will be vital in translating the value of our science and services to the GP community. Her clinical knowledge, strong interest in women’s health interest and great humour are invaluable and very well aligned to our strategy. We’re excited to welcome her on board”, said Drop Bio Co-Founder and CEO, Phil Hayes-St Clair.
